SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTHENTICATING MEDICAL INSURANCE USING ELECTRONIC HEALTH INSURANCE CARD

PURPOSE: A system and method for authenticating a medical insurance using an electronic health insurance card are provided to perform a medical insurance electronically using the electronic card. CONSTITUTION: In a medical insurance authenticating system for authenticating medical insurance demanding contents, an electronic health insurance card(10) is delivered to a subscriber of a medical insurance. A card issuing company server system(40) issues a card for an electronic health insurance. A medical institution server system(20) is provided for an examination and treatment of the subscriber. A drugstore server system(30) prepares a medicine in accordance with a medical prescription being issued in the medical institution. An operator server system(50) is connected to the card issuing company server system(40), the medical institution server system(20), and the drugstore server system(30), and manages the medical insurance authenticating system. A health insurance industrial complex server system(60) is connected to the operator server system(50) and supplies a medical insurance for the subscriber. An examination evaluation institution server system(70) examines details examined in the medical insurance and the drugstore and medicine preparation details.
