RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A reciprocating compressor is provided to minimize vibration and noise generated during operation and to accurately control amount of compressed gas. CONSTITUTION: A compressor includes a container(100) fluidically connected with a gas intake pipe(110) taking in gas; a reciprocating motor(200) placed in the container and includes an outer stator(210) having at least one stepped part(211,212) on each of both sides thereof, an inner stator(220) and a mover(230) linearly reciprocating between the outer stator and the inner stator; a compression unit(300) including a cylinder(310) and a piston(320) inserted into the cylinder and receiving linear reciprocating driving force of the reciprocating motor to linearly reciprocate so as to compress gas; an intake unit(400) introducing gas introduced into the container through the gas intake pipe due to pressure difference by the compression unit to the compression unit; a discharge unit(500) discharging gas compressed in the compression unit to the outside; a resonant spring unit(600) elastically supporting the piston and the mover; and a frame unit(700) supporting the compression unit and the reciprocating compressor and including a front frame(710) supporting the reciprocating motor from a front side and a rear frame(730) supporting the reciprocating motor from a rear side. At least one of the front frame and the rear frame has more than one stepped part(713,714,731) contacting with and supporting both of the outer stator and the inner stator of the reciprocating motor.
