PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a sheet for storing or cooking foodstuffs is provided to store foodstuffs for a long time without deteriorating quality of foodstuffs and to improve flavor of meat when cooking the meat. CONSTITUTION: To fabricate a sheet for storing or cooking foodstuffs, yellow soil solution is mixed with adhesive solution in a predetermined ratio, thereby obtaining yellow soil-immersed solution(100). Then, sheet material is immersed in the yellow soil-immersed solution(400). After that, the sheet material is dried(500). Yellow soil contained in the yellow soil solution includes fine yellow soil. Water contained in the yellow soil solution includes spring water derived from yellow soil. Water is forcibly removed from the sheet by using centrifugal force.
