PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a transmitting quality and to improve efficiency in frequency utilization by highly accurately preparing a delay profile for determining a guard interval. SOLUTION: A downlink signal transmitted at the guard interval determined by using the delay profile highly accurately prepared by a CDMA signal on an uplink is received by an MS, Fourier transforming processing is applied and demodulating processing is applied to the preamble part of such a downlink signal. Then, a transmitting parameter (such as guard interval, subcarrier frequency interval or subcarrier number) contained in the preamble part is extracted and outputted to a Fourier transforming part 303. In the Fourier transforming part 303, on the basis of the extracted transmitting parameter, Fourier transforming processing is applied to a data part. After Fourier transforming processing, the signal is outputted as received data by applying demodulating processing in a demodulation part 304. |
