<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency lighting device, the cost of which has been cut, by incorporating a common structure for both the standard and long- operation types. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a power supply circuit 2, a secondary battery 3, a charging part 10, a lighting circuit 4, a power-failure detecting means 5, and a change-over means 6. The charging part 10 is provided with two charging circuits 11, 12 that correspond to the charged capacity of the secondary battery 3. When the charging circuit 11, for example, is made applicable to the standard type, the long-operation type having continuously long emergency lighting time can be structured without any other change, by structuring the charging part 10 with two charging circuits 11, 12 of the same constitution, corresponding to the charged capacity of the secondary battery 3, and the cost of this device can be cut by incorporating the common structure for both the standard and long-operation types.</p> |
