<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a write-in method for data of a flash memory by which such a problem is solved that data immediately before update is erased at the time of failure of write-in of data conventionally, data is once erased to immediately before the lowest order block and data is written in the head of the highest order block, the lowest order block is erased, therefore, data immediately before update is not erased at the time of failure of write-in also, and a write-in step can be simplified. SOLUTION: In a write-in method for data of a flash memory having a plurality of blocks, the method is provided with a step in which data is erased to a block immediately before the lowest block when data is written to the most rear part of the lowest order block, a step in which data is written in the head of the highest order block after erasing the data, and a step in which data of the lowest order block is erased after data is written in the head of the highest order block.</p> |
