<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a new system for environmental accounting and its managing method so that neither a quantitative overlap nor a leak of environmental costs between 'units' of an economical activity body is caused and to provide a system which has efficient, objective, continuous, and verifiable management and a variety of management information outputs. SOLUTION: This computer system for managing the environmental accounting of the economical activity body has a device which can input and communicate information on costs arranged in the 'units' by 'sections', a means which communicates with a computer, and a function of allowing the computer to receive and store the information by the communication means and further has a function of making calculations by using the information and previously set and stored information and a function of generating totaling information and communicating the totaling information to the 'units'. Further, the method which manages the computer system and various input forms concerned are disclosed.</p> |
