PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable connector preventing adverse effects due to projection of burrs from a crimp piece. SOLUTION: This flat cable connector is made from a metal plate blanking product, in which crimp pieces 6 are projected to both sides of a plate part 5. Chamfers 6a, formed by chamfering the edge part on an opposite side surface with respect to the bending direction in connection, are installed in the crimp piece 6.
