PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail transfer device which can offer transfer conditions from a terminal belonging to a party visited, etc., and transmit contents in conformity to transfer destination conditions. SOLUTION: An electronic mail transfer device comprises a mail reception processor 10 for managing received mails, a transfer request analyser 11 for analyzing transfer request mails, a mail extractor 12 for extracting data adapted to extraction conditions from mail data or various information to shape it, a mail transmission process part 13, a communication management processor 14, a timer 20, a communication device 21, a schedule information storage region 32 for storing schedule information such as a mail data storage region 30, a transmission destination information storage region 31 for storing an E-mail address of the transmission destination, a kind of a transmission destination terminal, a size of a maximum reception buffer, a maximum reception character number, and the like, and an extraction conditions storage region 33 for storing conditions for extracting information to be transmitted. With this arrangement, a transfer request of an electronic mail from an external terminal containing electronic mails which have been already received is demanded by the electronic mail, and the electronic mails are extracted and processed in accordance with the conditions for transferring them.
