PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized speaker with high reliability and less assembling man-hours. SOLUTION: A speaker 1, a gasket 2, and an anisotropic conductive connector 3 are joined together to form an integrated speaker 4. A center hole 2a with a diameter in matching with that of an area of sounding holes 1a of the speaker 1 is formed to the gasket 2 made of an elastomer with nearly the same outer diameter as that of the speaker 1, and stuck to a front face of the speaker 1 by bonding or adhesion. A center hole 3c by which a projection in the bottom center of the speaker 1 is escaped is formed to the connector 3 with the outer diameter nearly equal to the outer diameter of the speaker 1, and a conductor processing 3a to connect connection patterns on the projection 3b of both the sides is applied to the center hole 3c. By printing out an anisotropic conductive adhesive or a conductive adhesive on a side of the connector 3 in contact with the speaker 1, the connector 3 is joined to the speaker 1 with conductivity.
