METHOD FOR INITIALLY PROBING TUBE OF MULTI-SPLIT TYPE AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE: A method for initially probing tube of multi-split type air conditioner is provided to prevent miss-piping in advance. CONSTITUTION: A method includes the steps of: a first step(S11) determining whether a cooling tube or a heating tube is probed and collectively reporting to indoor units; a second step(S12) driving a compressor of an outdoor unit at appropriate frequency needed for heating or cooling according to the determination in the first step and opening all of electronic expansion valves placed on the tube; a third step(S13) stabilizing a system for fixed time; a fourth step closing and opening the electronic expansion valves in order at regular intervals and selecting maximum inflection point from at least one inflection point of tube temperature generated at each of the time intervals to store signal according to the maximum inflection point in each of the indoor units on each of the time intervals; a fifth step(S15) opening all of the electronic expansion valves and transmitting signal stored in each of the indoor unit to the outdoor unit; and a sixth step(S16) in which the outdoor unit gives each of the indoor unit a fixed number.
