PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system or the like for automatically notifying operation information of a vehicle such as various recovery vehicles and a food stall of which an operation route is fixed. SOLUTION: The operation information notifying system is characterized by including a plurality of base stations having a vehicle information acquiring means for acquiring and transmitting present position information and a speed of a specific vehicle of which a traveling route is fixed, and an operation information notifying server having a registered information storing means for storing registered information at least including user identification information, user position information, and vehicle identification information for identifying the specific vehicle, a distance calculating means for calculating a distance between the specific vehicle and the user position from the present position and speed information of the specific vehicle acquired from the base station and the user position information acquired from the registered information storing means, and an arrival time notifying means for calculating a time when the specific vehicle approaches closest to the user position and notifying it to the user only when the distance between the specific vehicle and the user position calculated by the distance calculating means or when a time until arrival is in a predetermined range. |
