PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic ordering management method and system capable of certifying that an order sheet and an order acknowledgment are not altered between only persons involved without the intervention of a third person when performing order receiving and ordering business utilizing a communication network. SOLUTION: In this electronic ordering management method for sending an order sheet or an order acknowledgment with electronic data utilizing the Internet 13 between an orderer and an order recipient, the order recipient attaches a duplicated order sheet 16a obtained by duplicating the order sheet 14b to the order acknowledgement 15a to prepare one file, subsequently transmits the file to the orderer, and the orderer who has received the duplicated order sheet 16b compares the duplicated order sheet 16b with the stored order sheet 14a to confirm that the duplicated order sheet 16b is matched with the stored order sheet 14a. |
