SOLUTION: This order receiving and ordering system is provided with a publishing means for publishing images, pictures and specification data such as the other shapes as order information needing prescribed production work in an order receiving side, such as machined parts 10, apparel and web site contents preparation on the Internet 12, and a processor 16 for managing the order information on the Internet 12. The system is provided with an individually presenting means that can present to an ordering dealer an estimate sheet sent onto the Internet 12 from an order receiving dealer 30, an individually confirming means for transmitting and receiving a formal order reception and ordering contract between the ordering dealer 20 and the order receiving dealer 30 on the Internet 12, and a notifying means for deciding to issue order reception rejection notification and automatically notifying of the order reception rejection notification an order receiving dealer 31 to whom the ordering dealer 20 has not formally placed an order between the plurality of order receiving dealers 30 and 31. |
