PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each individual to buy a proper operation article matching the investment knowledge that the individual has under a fixed contribution pension system. SOLUTION: The operation management support device 10 is installed under the control of an investment education provider, who is able to obtain a purchasable operation article list regarding each employee by inputting the result of the lecture attendance of the employee to the investment education to the device 10. This purchasable operation article list is formed by listing judged operation articles that the employee may buy (an operation managing institution may receive an operation command) according to the lecture attendance results of respective employees to the investment education, and the list is provided by the investment education provider for the operation managing institution.
