PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which realizes the improvement of service correspondence to customers and mutual activation of companies by improving convenience and making a proper response to customers and consumers so as to establish proper solution business. SOLUTION: The system consists of telephone sets for reception and terminals for reception connected with the communication terminal of consumers/customers through a communication line network, product information database storing producing information of at lest two companies, a database storing information of at least two companies and customers, a database for risk management storing inquiry information transmitted to the telephone sets for reception and corresponding information on the inquiry information related with each other by categories, and a CTI server for transmitting the inquiry information corresponding to the prescribed category, customer information and product information stored in the database for risk management on the basis of the inquiry information to the terminals for reception. |
