PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand information transmission and information gathering system which is equipped with a marketing information database and also superior in instantinity and convenience for an article supplier. SOLUTION: A portable telephone which has a mail function and an Internet connecting function is used as an information terminal and then, for example, when a consumer buys (1) an article, information on the store or vending machine and consumer information are sent (2) and immediately register (3) on a service server connected to the Internet. The article supplier is provided (4) with various information registered on the service server. The article supplier can, therefore, easily and immediately obtain information on article purchase, i.e., information at the point of time when the consumer buys the article, so that the supply planning effect that the purchase demand of the consumer can quickly be met can be expected. |
