PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share knowledge between communities by making effective information possible to be automatically provided from a certain community to the other community. SOLUTION: A community server 122 classifies and stores messages exchanged between users on a virtual community for each of topics. Further, the community server 122 is provided with a summary providing part 130. When there are communities under mutually similar discussions, the summary providing part 130 performs processing for automatically providing a 'summary' in a certain community to the other similar community as reference information. This information of 'summary' is provided by contribution a message on the 'summary' stored in a certain community to the other community.
