<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-single crystal solar battery preventing the dispersion to an i layer of elements included in p type or n type impurities and material gas and improving power generation efficiency. SOLUTION: The non-single crystal solar battery is composed by successively stacking a first electrode (a metal electrode, for instance) 2, a p type or n type first conductivity type layer (the first conductivity type layer of n typeμc-Si, for instance) 3 composed of non-single crystal, the i layer (the i layer of trueμc-Si, for instance) 4 composed of practically true microcrystallites or micro crystallite alloy, a boundary layer (the boundary layer of a-Si, for instance) 10 composed of an amorphous material, an n type or p type second conductivity type layer (the second conductivity type layer of p typeμc-Si, for instance) 5 opposite to the first conductivity type layer composed of the non-single crystal and a second electrode (a transparent electrode composed of ITO, for instance) 6 on the main surface of a substrate (a glass substrate, for instance) 1.</p> |
