<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module together with its manufacturing method, capable of improving a module filling factor while loss of a single crystal wafer which is used is eliminated. SOLUTION: First cells 10 are acquired by cutting a main surface of a disc- like solar cell at a cutting position parallel and symmetrical relative to a center line bisecting the main surface. The first cells 10 are arrayed parallel in zigzag to provide a solar cell module. Resultant two pieces of second cells 20R and 20L are coupled likewise to form a pair with cutting lines opposed to each other, which are arrayed to provide a solar cell module 101. Thus, no loss of a disc-like wafer is generated, thus obtaining a higher filling factor than that in the case of disc-like cells being arrayed as they are.</p> |
