PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change the display layout of image data by using a parameter file when preparing an HTML file. SOLUTION: A server terminal 2 automatically acquires news data (image file) with photos including the information of a title, a comment and a credit, etc., from the Internet 1 (S1). Then, the server terminal 2 automatically prepares the HTML file according to the parameter file specifying the display layout from the acquired image file (S2). Further, the server terminal 2 distributes the prepared HTML file and the received image file through a WAN 3 to each of client terminals 4a to 4n (S3). Then, the client terminals 4a to 4n display desired images, that are the news data with the photos, by the received HTML file and image file. Also, they are displayed in an optional layout according to the position specification of the parameter file (S4).
