PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip ring device restricting sticking-sliding phenomenon by increasing the stiffness in the direction of pitching, without increasing the spring constant. SOLUTION: The slip ring device is composed of a flat ring-shaped conductor ring 402, and a conductor brush part 410, at least composed of a plate spring 411 and a sliding electrode part 412 arranged at one end side of the plate spring 411. The sliding electrode part 412 is made to contact with a main surface of the conductor ring 402 by the pushing force of the plate spring 411. For the slip ring device having a structure that the conductor ring 402 rotates in circumferential direction, and the sliding electrode part 412 slides on the conductor ring 402, the plate spring 411 is composed of a plurality of plate springs arranged almost in parallel with the sliding direction of the sliding electrode part 412.
