PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter for transmitting a radio-frequency signal (S1), using a power amplifier. SOLUTION: The power amplifier is connected to a power-adjusting loop for adjusting the gain and making the output power level draw near to a nominal level. The power-adjusting loop is operated with a bias voltage as the output function of the power amplifier. According to regulator, the adjuster includes an adjusting means, such as an integration RC circuit for providing an additional voltage to the adjusting loop having only a small dependance on active constitutional factor, while an input signal responds properly. The adjuster can be used in a filed of mobile transmission.
