PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent insulation deterioration caused by heat conduction at the time of heater operation and improve stability of the insulation performance and safety of the product in the electric heating device. SOLUTION: The heating device comprises a glass tube heater 5, a reflecting plate 6 that is provided on the heater mounting wall in the heating chamber, and a heater mounting plate 7 that holds the glass tube heater 5. A bending part 9 is provided at the heater mounting plate 7, and the bending part 9 follows the deformation caused by thermal deformation by heating and can steadily hold the gap for maintaining the insulation between the reflecting plate 6 and the glass tube heater 5 caused by thermal deformation at the time of heating.
