PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield connector of reduced cost, by simplifying the electrical connection of a shield system and reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: The shield connector comprises a female connector 16, provided with a female terminal 34 press-bonded with a core wire 12a of a shielded electric wire 12 and a male connector 14 provided with a male terminal 24 connected with the female terminal 34. The male connector 14 has a male housing 50, attached to an inner side of a shield case 10a of an electrical apparatus 10. The female connector 16 has a rubber packing 56, attached to an outer circumference of a shield layer 12c of the shielded electric wire 12, with the front face pressed against the shield case 10a. The shield layer 12c and the shield case 10a are made to contact directly, by pressing the rubber packing 56 against the shield case 10a in a state of an end part of the shield layer 12c expansively opened to the front face of the rubber packing 56.
