PURPOSE: A fuel consumption reducing and smoke restricting device is provided to burn completely by activating fuel particles during passing fuel through a ceramic filter and an infrared hot wire in plural ring-shaped permanent magnets. CONSTITUTION: A fuel reducing and smoke restricting apparatus is composed of sockets(1a) having in/out nipples(1b); a central inlet pipe(7) forming plural permanent magnets(8) around the socket; a return guide pipe(6) having plural return discharge holes(6a) around a circle; a ceramic filter(5) made by dissolving and mixing various kinds of native stone; a coil bobbin(4) forming the ceramic filling chamber and winding a coil(3); a heat detecting sensor(10); and an outer cover(2). Fuel waste is prevented with burning completely by activating fuel particles.
