PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an LNG service pipe sensing part is provided to improve productivity by casting the LNG service pipe sensing part into a steel cast for welding structures which can be used by welding with carbon steel pipes for ordinary piping. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of an LNG service pipe sensing part comprises the process of casting the LNG service pipe sensing part into a steel cast for welding structures which can be used by welding with carbon steel pipes for ordinary piping instead of integrally welding eight pipe fittings including flange, mono-tube, tee, reducer, socket and elbow, wherein the LNG service pipe sensing part is cast into a product to zero management of eight accessories, welding defects and welding time, thereby reduce costs and increase productivity.
