PURPOSE: A cargo fixing apparatus for a van is provided to minimize noise, and to bind the cargo optimally according to the size by fitting a rope or a net conveniently without interference in loading or unloading the cargo in the van. CONSTITUTION: A cargo fixing device of a van is composed of a loading compartment floor having a space part; hangers(11) arranged in edges of the floor, and placed in the space part; a hook assembled with the hanger by moving; and a cover opening and closing the space part of the loading compartment floor. The hanger has skirts(12), and legs(13) formed by bending the hanger body. Cargo is loaded and unloaded conveniently by containing the hanger in the space part of the floor, and noise is minimized by fitting a rope or net to the hook. Cargo is fixed firmly with moving the hook along the hanger.
