PURPOSE: A method for differential plating of a metal such as iron, nickel, copper, cobalt or the like on a fabric by forming a metallic core inside the fabric, coating a chemical plating solution containing copper on one surface thereof and then forming a plating layer in an electroplating bath is provided. Whereby, the fabric can easily discharge inner heat to the outside, effectively supply supplied heat to human body when applied to a patient garment and shield harmful electromagnetic waves. CONSTITUTION: A fabric(4) is soaked in an electroless plating solution. A metal ion of chemical plating solution(2) permeated to the fabric is reduced to form a metallic core in the fabric. A chemical plating solution containing a copper ion is coated on one surface thereof. A copper layer is allowed to form on one surface thereof by a chemical change. And a plating layer is allowed to form in an electroplating bath(1) containing metal ions by an electroplating method.
