PURPOSE: A composite panel for reinforcing a concrete structure is provided to enhance bending, shearing and tensile strength by compounding a steel plate and a reinforced fiber. CONSTITUTION: The composite panel(100) for reinforcing a concrete structure comprises: a steel plate(10) of the appointed size; an impregnated adhesive layer(20) formed on the steel plate(10); a reinforced fiber(30) installed on the steel plate(10) and impregnated/adhered by the impregnated adhesive layer(20); and powder(40) sprayed on the steel plate(10) and impregnated/adhered to the surface of the impregnated adhesive layer(20).
