PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent DC voltage from being outputted to a load from an output terminal based on an electric charge stored in a capacitor at the time of stopping the output of an inverter. SOLUTION: The inverter 1 includes an H bridge circuit 2 having a pair of switching devices SW1, SW4, and a pair of switching devices SW2, SW3 of which the ON/OFF operations are alternately controlled, and outputs sinewave AC voltage to an output part 3. A reactor 4 and a capacitor 5 are connected with the output part 3, and MOSFET in an n channel is used for the respective switching devices SW1-SW4. Parasitic diodes D are connected in reverse-parallel in the respective switching devices SW1-SW4. Drive signals Vs1, Vs3 outputted from a control circuit 6 are inputted in a control terminal of the switching devices SW1, SW3. The control terminals of the switching devices SW2, SW4 are connected with AND circuits 7, 8 in which drive signals Vs2, Vs4 outputted from the control circuit 6 and the output signal of a failure detecting means 9 are inputted. |
