OPERATOR ASSIGNMENT METHOD AND OPERATOR ASSIGNMENT PLANNING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation personnel assigning method and an operation personnel assigning system which assigns operation personnel considering its physical feature, character and strong point of an operator which gives influence to productivity and which can be explained objectively in the assignment of the operation personnel in an operation process requiring an operator or a process requiring manual operation. SOLUTION: An influence degree to be given to productivity from the feature item of the operator and the correlation rule and the feature item of productivity is extracted by using a data mining method from the stored individual feature information and productivity information of the operator. By considering the extracted correlation rule in personnel assignment, productivity is secured and assignment by which the operator is easily engaged with operation can be planned.
