PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales promotion information transmitting method and system for allowing a user side for acquiring relevant beneficial information, when an event significant to the user himself or herself happens, and for enabling an enterprise side to know the significant even to be directly linked to the consumption will of a customer, and to connect this to business. SOLUTION: In a user terminal 1, a user prepares a mail to inform the user himself of a prescribed item at a prescribed date, and registers the mail with the information of the mail address of the user himself and the transmission date in a reservation management data base 2c of a server enterprise server 2. The service enterprise server 2 is provided with a sales promotion information data base 2b for registering sales promotion information and a reservation management data base 2c for registering the mail transmitted from the user terminal 1, and provided with a function for monitoring the transmission scheduled date of the mail registered in the reservation management data base 2c. At the detecting of the mail whose transmission scheduled date comes, the service enterprise server 2 extracts the sales promotion information, corresponding to the mail from the sales information data base 2b, and transmits the mail which is added with the contents of the sales promotion information to users. |
