PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage order reception information of merchandise and parts and also to conveniently present the states of ordered merchandise and parts to an ordering side through a network. SOLUTION: A customer computer 85 transmits the order number 41 of an ordered part, an order receiving number 45 and order contents information 43 to a maker computer 81. The maker computer 81 stores the order number 41 of the ordered part, the order receiving number 45 and the order contents information 43 in an order reception database 36H and also notifies a carrier side of the order number 41 of the ordered part, the order receiving number 45 and the order contents information 43. A delivery computer 87 of the carrier issues a tag 53 on the basis of the received information, attaches tag information 49 including a tag number and carrying state information representing a carrying state to the received information and transmits the tag information 49 to the maker computer 81. The maker computer 81 updates web display with the received information. Thus, a customer can grasp the carrying state of the ordered part only by notifying the order number. |
