PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a maintenance system which can improve maintenance quality by strengthening the backup of the maintenance power of a maintenance stuff and can submit a maintenance report the contents of which are easy to understand to a customer by attaching video with the approval of a senior after completing maintenance work. SOLUTION: The maintenance system is provided with: terminal means such as a portable telephone set 31, a personal computer 34 which are portable for inputting information on a device being a monitoring object at a maintenance site 2; and a maintenance means having a monitoring system 11 provided on a monitoring and a maintenance side for delivering and receiving information related with the device to and from the terminal means through a communication line such as a portable telephone communication network 5, a maintenance backup system 14, a stamp checking system 15, etc. |
