<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fully optically stable optical synchronizing timing circuit by using optical components which are easy to acquire. SOLUTION: The optical synchronizing timing circuit comprises a second optical coupler 9, an optical light modulator 1, an optical amplifier 2, first and second optical filters 3 and 4, and an optical path length regulator 5 connected in a ring state via an optical fiber. As a light-modulating means, a circuit for modulating other light by a light signal is used; as optical filters, comb filters having transmission characteristics of cycle of F Gigahertz are used; and as the second optical coupler 9, a signal light is made to be injected in the light modulator 1.</p> |
