<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-excited solid-state laser unit which is reduced in the number of components and improved in productivity, quality, and reliability. SOLUTION: This photo-excited solid-state laser unit is composed of a solid- state laser medium 3, an excitation source 2 which pumps the solid-state laser medium 3, a nonlinear optical crystal element 4 which causes harmonics to be generated, and a laser resonator 5 equipped with a pair of reflecting mirrors 6 and 7 which are arranged opposite to each other by interposing the solid-state laser medium 3 and the nonlinear optical crystal element 4 between them; and the reflector 7 of the laser resonator 5 is formed on the end face of the nonlinear optical crystal element 4.</p> |
