The present invention refers to a germicide and a high powerful inhibitor of bad odors that allows by its application a significant saving in its daily water consumption, furthermore due to its anionic ionogenity and its biodegradable characteristics, it is considered an excellent collaborator to resist the effects caused by the anionic wastes in the cities drainage. The object of this invention is to provide a different product to the ones currently in existence on the market, due to a novel internal composition, whose main characteristic is the adequate use and water saving, something that the existent products fail to gather.
