The collar part has an internal thread (5) into which a sleeve (7) penetrated by the anchoring pin and provided with an outer thread (6) is screwed. The sleeve is coupled to a tension ring (8) lying between the support part and the front end (2a) of the collar part and in the mounted state is axially supported on an end stop (9).
