A pump (10) employing a nutating plate (40) within a chamber (28) impels flu id flow from an axial inlet (36) to a peripheral outlet (38). The chamber exten ds 360 degrees and the plate has holes (44) about the axis thereof such that bo th sides of the plate can operate to impel dynamic balancing rings (54, 60) wit h multiple weights therein act to overcome eccentricities and vibrational moments.
