A computer system has a web-site with a user interface for the selection of a document (10) for choosing a supply mode for the document. A document management system (4) has a data file comprising the document, and a device (2) is provided for transmitting the choice of document and choice of supply mode from the web-site to the document-management-system, and a device is provided for transmitting the data file to a printer server of or more printers or to a client computer depending on the choice of supply mode. An Independent claim is given for a document supply method.
