A system (1) for video communication includes a system for video communication, comprising a repository (2) of video programmes at least one mobile telecommunication handset remote from the repository, each handset (3) having a video display associated therewith a mobile telecommunication channel between the repository and the mobile telecommunication handset, the mobile telecommunication channel (5) having a band width sufficient to carry full-motion video thereon and an administration facility associated with the repository, the administration facility (6) being instructable to transmit at least part of a selected one of the video programmes from the repository along the communication channel to the mobile telecommunication handset for display on the video display. |
