[Also in Division B1] An organic water-insoluble biocidal toxicant concentrate comprises an organic solvent solution of a biocidal toxicant and 3% to 30% by weight of a dispersant composition comprising (a) (i) a C 6 to C 12 aliphatic monohydric alcohol, or (ii) a polyalkylene oxide adduct of a compound having at least one C 5 to C 26 lipophilic group, and (b) an organic substituted ammonium salt or mixed alkali metal-organic substituted ammonium salt of a sulphopolycarboxylic acid ester or acid amide of a lipophilic compound having an aliphatic C 5 to C 26 hydrocarbon radical, the weight ratio of (b) to (a) being at least 3:1 (see Division B1). The toxicant concentrate forms the oil phase of a homogeneous emulsion; the water phase is a solution containing at least 20% of inorganic fertilizer material.
