Magnetically labeling, and separation, of peripheral blood cells (A), is new. Magnetically labeling, and separation, of peripheral blood cells (A) comprises: (a) separating blood into cellular and non-cellular components by conventional apheresis; (b) transfer of the cell fraction to working buffer; (c) adding magnetic particles and incubating for at most 30 minutes; (d) adding stop solution to halt particle-cell interaction; (e) separating free magnetic particles; (f) cell concentration in a pre-processing unit; (g) separating magnetic objects by magnetic filtration; and (h) analyzing the filtrate, then returning it to the patient.
