The absorption sheet section (14a) is composed of a pair of absorption sheet bodies (16) separated along substantially the centerline of the interlabial pad (14), and the absorption sheet bodies (16) and a water−impermeable support sheet (12) are joined at the peripheral edge (15) of the interlabial pad (14) to define a void (18), for menstrual blood to flow therein, between the absorption sheet bodies (16) and the support sheet (12). Thereby, menstrual blood flowing down along the inner labial walls can be quickly transferred to the absorbent, and the shape adaptability (fitness) within the labia can be improved.
