<p>The present invention provides a virus high effectively expressing tumor interferon and specifically reproduction in tumor cells and the use thereof. The virus is able to and essentially limiting to reproduction in tumor cells, and also able to specifically and directly killing the tumor cells. The copies of nucleotide sequence encoding interferon is increased along with the reproduction of the virus in tumor cells by inserting the nucleotide sequence encoding interferon into the non-reproductive necessary region in virus genome reproduced in tumor cells, thus the interferon is high effectively expressed in tumor cells, the growth of tumor cells and the angiogenesis is inhibited, the immune reaction is provoked, therefor the tumor formation, growth and metastasis is inhibited.</p> |
