<p>An organic electroluminescence element comprising a luminous layer or a plurality of layers of organic medium containing a luminous layer formed between a pair of electrodes, and including in the organic medium a luminous material consisting of an organometallic complex containing heavy metal, characterized in that the organic medium contains an amine derivative having a specific structure, the organic electroluminescence element being high in luminous efficiency at a brightness as high as at least several thousand cd/m2 and low in power consumption.</p> |
