PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a bag-in-box with a spout in a protruded condition. SOLUTION: A pair of holding pieces 3 with a bent base folding line 2 is provided by cutting a plate 1 forming an inner flap 24 of an outer box 21, an inner folding line 4 and an axial folding line 5 are formed in the holding pieces 3 and on the outer side thereof, respectively, through a center part of the base folding line 2. While the plate 1 is valley-folded along the base folding line 2 and the axial folding line 5, the holding pieces 3 are ridge-folded along the inner folding line 4, a spout 13 of a liquid-filled bag 12 is pulled out from a space of the holding pieces 3 facing each other, and a neck part thereof is engaged with tips of the holding pieces 3. The spout 13 is held in a largely protruded condition from the outer box 21, and liquid drip is prevented when the liquid is poured.
