PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat storing structure capable of facilitating confirming work for a floor in storing a seat and placing a tall baggage on the stored seat back. SOLUTION: Since an opening part 12 is formed in a base plate 7, the state of a rear floor 1 can be easily confirmed. As only the base plate 7 and the seat back 6 are lowered on a seat back storing part 4, the position of the back of the seat back 6 is lowered so that a tall baggage can be placed on the top surface of the seat back.
