CENTRIFUGAL SEPARATOR FOR SEPARATING WATER OF WET SLUDGE

PURPOSE: A centrifugal separator for separating water of wet sludge is provided which is constructed in a simple centrifugal separation type dehydration structure so that water and water removed sludge are easily and continuously separated and discharged by effectively dehydrating water of sludge or slurry having high water content. CONSTITUTION: The centrifugal separator for separating water of wet sludge comprises a conical centrifugal separator main body(10) at the center of the upper surface of which a sludge injection port(11) is formed with an injection guide pipe(12) being slantly bended inwardly, on the circumference of the bottom of which a water outlet(14) is formed, and on the inner part of the water outlet(14) of which a sludge outlet(13) is formed; a dehydration net(20) which is slantly and vertically installed at a middle portion between the water outlet(14) and the sludge outlet(13) in the inner center of the bottom of the main body(10) to discharge water into the inner wall of the main body(10) during centrifugal separation; a separating stand(30) which is installed in the upper inner side of the dehydration net(20) in the state that the circumference of the bottom of the separating stand(30) is supported, and on the surrounding side surface of which sludge discharging holes(31) for discharging sludge injected are installed; and a rotation plate(40) which is rotated by being axially installed on a motor shaft of a driving motor(50) that is contained in the separating stand(30) and installed at the bottom of the separating stand(30), and at the four directions of the upper surface of which scattering vanes(41) are projectingly installed to scatter the sludge injected to the outer direction.
